In this model, client pays only for the actual efforts. Payment is purely based on man hrs spent.IE Guild maintains a time sheet for all the work done by the resources engaged on a day to day basis. Invoices are raised at predefined intervals on the basis of pre-negotiated and mutually agreed upon hourly rates. IE Guild has the flexibility to put resources of T&M project on any other project if they are not occupied full time.
